this is the ultimate nightmare a website would face…

As i was reading the statement of Jordan Miller, webmaster of breathheavy.com, i was hurting too… Jamie spears, Britney’s father is acusing the site of copyright infringement. I don’t know how the law works on that pero ibig sabihin ba nun, lahat ng fansite ni britney eh nagviviolate ng copyright infringement? ang alam ko, as long as you put sources, inde na un infringement. The site was also accused of using Britney for gaining money. How come? kaya nga fansite diba and inde nagkulang si Jordan Miller sa pagsasabi na non-profittable ang site niya. I do beleive that somtimes, Jordan’s opinions against Britney’s management and family are a bit harsh but he has some points. And at this rate, napapatunayan na mali na ang tatay ni britney.

Some Britney fan sites have been quiet about he event, pero ako inde. As a site owner, magagalit talaga ako sa nanyari and to think, his site is the leading britny site talaga, and his site has been running for 5 years. Sayang talaga, and even the freshest and best news come from them. Hopefully this nightmare would end and breatheheavy.com would be back very very soon. It is a major loss for all Britney site. If it happened to one, it would happen to all…
